What started as Indy's favorite Mexican food truck — rolling through neighborhoods with the irresistible smell of slow-braised birria — has grown into something even bigger. Don Quezadillas is now a full-on brick-and-mortar taqueria at 1920 E 38th St, and people are still lining up.

Our secret? We never cut corners. Birria braised low and slow. Quesadillas pressed from homemade masa, not a bag. Consommé rich enough to make you want to drink it straight. Every dish comes from the same place: deep respect for authentic Mexican tradition and a passion for feeding people well.
